    2. Inbound Shipments, Receiving, Restrictions & Storage

Clients must pre-advise all inbound shipments. PreZep is not responsible for:

  • Missing units or incorrect quantities
  • Wrong SKUs or inbound damages
  • Unannounced shipments or misdeclared goods
  • Any unsafe, restricted, or prohibited items may be held, quarantined, returned, or disposed of at the client's expense.

Upon arrival: Units are counted, SKUs verified, basic condition checked, issues reported, and QC photos provided upon request. Advanced functional testing (electronics, liquids, cosmetics, etc.) is not included.

    PreZep does not accept:
  • Illegal/counterfeit items
  • Hazardous/flammable goods
  • Poorly sealed liquids or undocumented food
  • Perishable items or unsafe batteries
  • Platform-banned products
  • Such items may be rejected or destroyed immediately.

Storage fees apply from the day goods arrive, billed per CBM or per item. Unpaid storage may pause services after 30 days and classify inventory as abandoned after 60 days. PreZep is not responsible for natural wear (dust, fading, adhesive weakening, battery drain). Multiple reminders are sent before any action.

    3. Fulfilment, Courier Liability & Returns Handling

PreZep aims for same-day or next-day processing. PreZep is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays, lost or damaged parcels
  • Platform warehouse delays
  • Wrong customer addresses
  • Incorrect instructions or inaccurate weight/dimension data
  • Peak-season delays
  • Responsibility transfers to the courier once dispatched.

PreZep is not liable for courier errors, delivery surcharges, platform warehouse mistakes, account suspensions, platform rule violations, or customer dissatisfaction due to product quality. Our responsibility is limited to accurate preparation and dispatch.

Returns handling includes: receiving returned items, basic inspection, photos for review, optional repacking, and restocking/disposal based on client instructions.

    Return Policy:
  • First 10 returns per month → FREE
  • Additional returns → small per-item fee
  • PreZep does not guarantee the functional performance of returned items.

    4. Disposal & Destruction Policy

Inventory may be disposed of if:

  • Storage remains unpaid
  • Items are illegal/unsafe
  • The client requests disposal
  • Goods are abandoned (60+ days)
  • Relaxation: PreZep will contact the client multiple times, provide a reasonable grace period, allow third-party pickup, and treat disposal as a last option. Disposal handling fees may apply depending on volume and product type.

    5. Billing & Payments

Invoices must be paid immediately. Late payments may pause services. Storage fees continue during service suspension.

Chargebacks or disputes may place accounts on hold. Pricing may change due to market or courier updates.

    6. Liability Limitation

PreZep does not automatically insure inventory—insurance must be requested separately.

For safety, clients may not enter the warehouse without approval; visits must be scheduled and follow safety rules.

Clients are fully responsible for accurate product data, including dimensions, weights, SKU mapping, addresses, and fulfilment settings. PreZep is not liable for errors caused by incorrect platform information.

All operational logs, inventory records, and internal system data remain the exclusive property of PreZep.

    7. Legal, Termination, Ownership & Contract

PreZep may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Non-payment or fraud
